ABOUT ELSA

Elsa Alvarado is a political strategist and communications expert, with senior-level public affairs and legislative experience from the Pentagon, State Department, and the campaign trail. In 2021, Elsa was appointed by President Biden to serve as Director of Strategic Communications for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs at the age of 24, marking her as the youngest director at the Pentagon.

Presently, Elsa serves as Director of Public Affairs at Bryson Gillette, a political consulting and strategic communications firm. Elsa’s previous work experience includes working for the now First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, the former U.S. Ambassador Laura Dogu, and Mayor of NYC Bill de Blasio.
